Bread baked to us at Mor Ida's Bageri, not too far, with wheat, rye and seeds. Sauces and mixes we do ourselves. The ham, chicken, turkey, roastbeef and salami are local produce from around Skåne.

For the drip brew (filter coffee), we use BERGSTRANDS KAFFEROSTERI´s organic blend MERU, with beans from Ethiopia, Indonesia, Peru and Mexico. We like it with a little milk, or just black. For the espresso we use a little bit of everything.
We have OATLYs oat milk as a good alternative to cow´s milk.
We brew Teapigs awesome tea temples;
Everything is baked in house by Souphy with real ingredients. Like butter, not margarine. Many creations come and go. To the degree that it's impossible to write some kind of menu. But you'll definitely find something sweet! We often have something glutenfree.
